Mr. Pannese has worked for KPMG Peat, Marwick as well as the Internal Revenue Service as a Field Agent and an Appeals Officer. He is a tenured faculty member of the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology at Sacred Heart University. Mr. Pannese maintains a practice concentrating on expert witness work, representation before the Internal Revenue Service and valuation services.

Mr. Pannese is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute’s Tax Division, the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants Federal Tax Committee, and Connecticut State Society of Certified Public Accountants Estate & Gift Tax Committee. He is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He has earned the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) specialty designations from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is on the editorial board of the Value Examiner, the national publication of National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. He is on the board of directors of the Connecticut chapter of National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts. Mr. Pannese has been recognized by the American Institute of CPA’s for his contributions to the CPA examination.
