With more than four decades of experience in public accounting, Paul brings extensive expertise in tax, accounting, business advisory, and valuation services. Since beginning his career in 1980, he has worked closely with individuals and businesses across a variety of industries, with a specialized focus on the automotive dealership sector. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant, Paul is also a Certified Valuation Analyst and an ADP Certified CPA, allowing him to provide clients with comprehensive financial and operational guidance.

Paul joined The Innovative CPA Group in 2025 through the merger of Cerrone, Graham & Shepherd, PC. Prior to the merger, he founded his own firm in 1991 and served as Managing Partner for more than 30 years. He is currently based in our Massachusetts office.

Paul earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Nichols College and later obtained his Master’s degree in Taxation from Bentley College. He is an active member of the AICPA, MSCPA, NACVA, and the Corridor Nine Chamber of Commerce. Paul is licensed to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, and New York.
