With 21+ years in U.S. taxation and deep expertise in global mobility and cross-border compliance, Shubha Rao brings both technical excellence and strategic leadership. As a founding executive of ICG India, she drives the firm’s growth with a vision rooted in innovation, integrity, and global connectivity. She also values family time and channels her creativity through pottery and sketching.

With 10+ years in U.S. taxation and an MBA from Bengaluru University, Vinyas Vinayaka leads strategic compliance and operational initiatives as a Senior Tax Manager at The Innovative CPA Group. His experience across Big 4 and Big 6 firms has honed his technical, communication, and team leadership skills. He is driven by continuous growth and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.

Raghavendra is a US Tax Professional with 10+ years of experience across Big 4 firms, specializing in HNI taxation, compliance, and advisory. As an IRS Enrolled Agent, he holds strong technical credentials and is known for leading automation and transformation initiatives in US tax processes. Raghavendra is a leader in building and upskilling high-performing teams through technical training and mentoring, while driving operational excellence and knowledge leadership.
