The Bangalore office is led by Shubha Rao, Director & Head of India Operations, a seasoned leader with more than 21 years of U.S. tax experience, specializing in global mobility and cross-border compliance. As a founding executive of ICG India, she brings both technical depth and strategic vision to the firm’s global expansion.
