Keep track of up to 12 different property finances, as well as your current overview of all your properties for the entire year!
How to use our Multi-Property Cash Flow Tool:
1. Enter the name and address of your property in the header of each Property Sheet.
2. Enter income and expense amounts for each property every month.
**This is only to be completed on the Individual Property Sheets and not the Overview Sheet.
A total will be calculated and show you a net income minus expenses for each month as well as the year.
All the information will populate on the multi-property overview page for an easy reference sheet.
